All groups of more than 24 players requesting play at Riverhill must request approval from management.

MEMBER GOLF AMENITY FEES

GOLF CART FEES:

18 holes $30/2 riders, $15/1 rider
9 holes $18/2 riders, $9/1 rider
guest riding on private cart 415/18 holes, $9/9 holes
outside play $15/rider

PRIVATELY OWNED CART TRAIL FEES:

Cart fees are quoted for one year, billed semi-annually in advance

resident $1150/2 golfers, $850/1 golfer
non-resident $525/2 golfers, $475/1 golfer

OTHER GOLF FEES

Member storage/half bin $50 billed semi-annually
Lockers $70 full, $55 half billed semi-annually
Individual handicap fees $36 annually
Range Ball Program $180 Single, $240 Family, Billed Semi-annually
Hole-in-One Club $5 for each hole-in-one attained

All fees are subject to sales tax.

Kevin Bartholomew Director of Agronomy

Kevin Bartholomew, GCSAA Class “A” Member, is a native of Austin and a former assistant superintendent at Austin Country Club, joined Riverhill after 4 years as the Director of Golf Maintenance at the Sandy Lane Hotel & Resort, Barbados, W.I..  Sandy Lane Hotel & Resort features 45 Holes of Golf designed by Tom Fazio and was host to the 2006, US PGA Tour, World Golf Championship (WGC) Barbados World Cup.

Prior to Kevin’s work in the West Indies he was the Head Superintendent of the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club from 2000 to 2006 where he managed all 27 Holes along with the Marina, Yacht Club, Roadscapes and 32 Villa gardens.  During Kevin’s tenure at Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club they were host to the 2001 European PGA Tour, Dubai Desert Classic. Kevin brings over 17 years of agronomic experience to Riverhill from many of the top 100 clubs in the world.  Kevin’s extensive knowledge of all forms of turfgrass including Penncross Bent Grass, many variants of Bermuda Grass and Zoysia Grasses along with his Texas roots make him the perfect choice to be our new Director of Agronomy.
